5. Attach MSME Udyog / Udyam           Registration Certificate  

Attach Your Udyog or Udyam Aadhar Certificate clear scan copy format must be (.pdf, .jpeg, .png, .jpg) “यहा अपना उद्योग / उद्यम आधार सलंग्न करे | “
